This is a rehearsal based intensive. It prepares you for a daily schedule that a professional dancer would have. Because of this, there is only one class a day. The rest of the day is spent entirely on rehearsing for the show at the end of the three weeks. It helps a lot with artistry and stamina. Also, each dancer is in two pieces for the show at the end. Usually it would be a classical ballet excerpt for one, and original choreography in a different style for the other.
